Refunds are only issued if zero creators participate in your contest during the contest period.
Refunds may be issued if participating creators generate zero views across all submitted content.
The monthly platform subscription fee of $350 is non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
If any creators participate in your contest, regardless of content quality, no refund will be issued.
If submitted content receives any views, even minimal engagement, the contest is considered active and non-refundable.
Refunds are not available for contests cancelled by brands after creators have begun participating.
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of contest completion.
Brands must provide contest ID and performance metrics showing zero participation or engagement.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Prize pool funds from cancelled contests can be applied to future contests within 30 days.
Unused prize pool amounts may be converted to platform credits at Socialitix's discretion.
